Professionalism Par Excellence We had an exceptional round-trip ride from Nashua to Logan. Booking was easy, and communication was perfect. They track your flight, so you never worry about delays—just supply your flight info. Text messages from them confirmed flight changes where being tracked in real time. Our driver, Malik, demonstrated professionalism par excellence throughout the drive. He made the typical stressful drive to and from Logan feel completely relaxing; the usual highway mayhem/frenzy went completely unnoticed. The Executive SUV was roomy, quiet, and impeccably comfortable. Fresh water and candy was greatly appreciated! I can’t say enough good things about Malik and Boston Limo VIP. I booked for both my outbound and return airport trips, and the experience was easy and smooth. For my outbound flight, Malik arrived right on time, helped with my luggage, and got me comfortably to Logan in a clean comfortable Lincoln Navigator (he upgraded the vehicle I had requested).  He was professional, courteous, and made the entire process incredibly easy. On my return, my flight arrived at midnight, and there was Malik—right on time again, waiting with a warm welcome. After a long day of travel, it was such a relief to have a friendly face ready to take me home and not have to worry about what kind of driver I'd get if I used one of the apps.
