Booked several cars through Boston Limo VIP for guests during the World Cup and honestly can't fault them. We had some pretty high profile guests to look after so reliability wasn't optional, and they didn't disappoint once. Dealt mainly with Malik who was an absolute pleasure to work with — always responsive, on top of every detail, and handled last minute schedule changes without any fuss, which happens a lot with match days. Cars were always on time (my guests confirmed this every trip), spotless, and the drivers were properly presentable and professional. Didn't have to worry about a thing once it was booked, which says a lot when you're coordinating from a distance for people you need to impress. There were many last minute changes/ add on pick up and drop off locations. Malik and his team showed true professionalism amidst the above. “Grace under Fire” . Wonderful service. Communication was professional and easy to understand. The very nice SUV was waiting right outside the door. After hearing it was our family's 1st time to Boston the driver took the extra time to drive us through some nice areas on our way to the hotel.
